Judy Ann Haggard, 62, Sand Springs, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 13, 2012.
Judy was born in Columbus, Kansas, on January 12, 1950, to Billy Wells and Annabelle (Morrison) Wells. She graduated from High School and attended some college. Judy was married to Eldon Haggard in Riverton, Kansas in June of 1987. They were looking forward to celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary next month. When Judy wasn’t working as the office manager for Premier Advisors, you could find her working in her garden, doing yard work, traveling, or watching some sports event. If one of the grandchildren was playing, Judy would be there. Spending time with her beloved family, especially the grandchildren, meant so much to her. Judy was a member of the Olivet Baptist Church. Her beautiful smile will be missed by her family and friends.
Surviving Judy is her husband Eldon of the home; parents Billy and Annabelle Wells; daughter Jamie Heatley and husband Mickey of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; sons Corey Haggard and wife Lisa of Springfield, Missouri and Chad Haggard and wife Kelly of Dallas, Texas; brother Rick Wells and wife Marilyn of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren Jaden Jarrett, Addison Haggard, Tyler Jones, Ian Heatley, Andrew Heatley, and Jacob Heatley; nieces Katie Wells, Kelsie Wells, and Marick Wells; many other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services for Judy will be Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. in the Olivet Baptist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rev. Scott Palmer will officiate. Visitation for Judy on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, in Baxter Springs, Kansas, will be from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel. Burial will follow in the Baxter Springs City Cemetery.
